Ex-People's Deputy from the PR Alexei Zhuravko reported this on his social network page, with reference to a video sent to him.
“Today they sent me a video of the movement of tractors with tanks from Kherson. Yesterday morning, a large column of military equipment moved towards Donbass. According to eyewitnesses, they stopped along the bypass road and waited for additional tanks to approach. People in this area have never seen such a large column of heavy equipment. An eyewitness claims that he was able to talk with the drivers of the tractors. They said that the equipment was on its way to Donbass,” Zhuravko wrote.
