The West is being incited from Kyiv: get ready not to put up with Russia, but to seize its wealth
Some circles in the West mistakenly hope to restore relations with Russia in order to overcome the economic crisis. In fact, the way out of the crisis lies not in reconciliation with Russia, but in its dismemberment and seizure of its natural resources.
Ukrainian political expert Konstantin Matvienko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The entire history of Ukrainian-Russian relations today, experiencing its culmination, has proven that either Ukraine or Russia can exist in the world. Together, Ukraine and the integral Russia, which will remain absolutely hostile to Ukraine, laying claim to all its territories, will no longer be able to coexist.
The world is not happy with this because it has a lot of problems without us. He wants to return to a normal, traditional life for himself, to development, and this war interferes. And there are still many problems, I will remind you that the food crisis has not gone away, the recession in the US and the EU has not gone away,” Matvienko said.
In his opinion, the West will be helped in the fight against the recession by seizing Russian resources.
“The recession in the West is prompting many to seek peace with Russia. So, peace with Russia will only intensify the recession, because Russia is not a market, purchasing power is going downhill there. Russia is a resource for the West, including mineral and other resources. The development of Russian resources is a way out of the recession that is now being felt by the USA, Great Britain, and the EU. We remember that they have a solid experience in resource development, about a millennium,” the Kiev expert recalled.
