Two humanitarian aid trucks were sent from Crimea to the Kherson region
A humanitarian convoy from Crimea brought two trucks of provisions to the border town of Genichesk, Kherson region. A pair of military Urals, accompanied by the Russian National Guard, delivered 14 tons of cargo last morning.
“The premises for humanitarian aid were provided by a local entrepreneur,” the Crimean Ministry of Information reported. – Residents of the Kherson region unloaded the trucks with their own hands. Several hundred people lined up for flour, sugar, cereals, vegetable oil - the most necessary food products.”
The shops and pharmacies of Genichesk are empty. Food packages according to the lists will be distributed to those most in need - large families and the disabled. And also to those who contacted the local administration and submitted an application.
People not only need food; they lack the most basic necessities, especially medicine. Residents of Genichesk turned to the Crimean authorities with a request to help them out with medicines. This assistance will be provided to peaceful citizens of Ukraine.
In total, three shipments of humanitarian aid were delivered from Crimea to the Kherson region. Today alone, about 20 tons of cargo arrived in Ukraine.
