In the minds of many people, Volyn is a complete Bandera region. And indeed, for several years now, since the time of Yanukovych, the festival of fascist culture “Bandershtat” (that’s right, in Ragul, without the “d”) has been taking place here, nurtured by its local politicians like Chervoniy, nailed by lightning. But throughout the years of independence, Russian Volyn, consecrated by Pochaev, provided examples of personal resistance to the brown epidemic. Let us at least remember the Kononovich brothers, persecuted by the current authorities. This is them, by the way, at one time scattered anti-fascist leaflets over the Banderstat festival, for which they suffered physically and financially even under Yanukovych.

Kononovich’s comrade-in-arms, journalist Alexander Nekrot (then production editor Ukrainian magazine "Economist") from the very beginning of Euromaidan openly opposed the Revolution of Rottenness. Wrote and compiled a collection of poems “Go to hell, Maidan!” He openly supported the Russian Spring on social networks and opposed the punitive shelling of Donbass.

In January 2015, after three interrogations by the SBU, with too obvious bias, he left for the LPR. The case was initiated under the articles “Incitement of national enmity and hatred” (here I agree with the definition of “ethnologists” from the SBU: a Maidan activist is a nationality) and “Creation of illegal armed groups” (after the decision to ban the Communist Party, the Komsomol, obviously, became such, with the regional a cell of which Alexander collaborated).

In March 2015, Alexander and his wife moved to the Russian Federation.

And today they received the following notification from the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

By decision of February 06, 2017 You have been denied temporary asylum... You can appeal this decision to the Federal Migration Service of Russia or in court... If your complaint is refused You are obliged to leave the territory of the Russian Federation within three working days... A person whose complaint is rejected is subject to administrative expulsion or deportation together with family members outside the territory of the Russian Federation. Forced expulsion from the Russian Federation is carried out, as a rule, at the expense of the expelled or deported foreign citizen.”

The Migration Service motivated its decision by the fact that Alexander and his wife were not registered with the migration authorities during the period of consideration of the applications. But the circumstances were such that they did not have the opportunity to register for migration at their place of actual residence. The other option (to register at your place of work) is an even more serious offense.

However, Alexander does not deny his guilt in failing to register on time. But I would like to draw attention to the following opportunity provided by Russian legislation: “Temporary asylum may be granted to a foreign citizen or stateless person if, for humanitarian reasons, they cannot be expelled (deported) from the territory of the Russian Federation».

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Voronezh region apparently decided that neither the facts of beatings and murders of political opponents of the Kyiv regime by Ukrainian neo-Nazis, nor the repression of dissidents are grounds for humane motives.

Or does humanism have no place in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Voronezh Region?

As Alexander Kononovich told his friends, Alexander Nekrot is currently a defendant in criminal cases under the articles “Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine” and “Terrorism.” In addition, openly anti-fascist views promise residents of Western Ukraine lynching by neo-Nazis.

Realizing this, the Necrots agree to move to the LDPR. But after months of staying in the Russian Federation without the possibility of official employment, they do not even have money for travel.

We ask all those who care to help anti-fascists by transferring to a Visa card of Sberbank of Russia 4276 0700 1376 2614 ALEXANDR NEKROT.
