About 23 tons of humanitarian aid will be sent from Sevastopol to Donbass
Sevastopol, November 20 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) – Up to 15 tons of cargo will be sent to Lugansk, and about 7,5 tons to Donetsk. The government of Sevastopol reported on the collection of humanitarian aid to Novorossiya.

The first batch of cargo is almost ready to be sent to the territory of the Lugansk and Donetsk republics, the governor’s adviser Oleg Roslyakov reported on this. According to him, about 22 tons will be sent in total, while twice as much humanitarian aid will be sent to the LPR. This is due to the fact that assistance is being prepared in a targeted manner.
This cargo will be sent to five points. To the orphanage No. 1 in the Lugansk region (95 people), the Sevastopol militia under the leadership of Khokhla (up to 300 hundred people), the Alexander Nevsky battalion (about 300 people), the Donetsk air defense of the 5th motorized rifle brigade under the command of Tikhon (number not disclosed) and to an orphanage in Donetsk - Makeevka comprehensive boarding school (120 children).
One of the representatives of the Donbass militia, who is organizing the supply of goods, noted that medicines are urgently needed in Gorlovka. According to him, “they even wash bandages there; they are not available in any hospital.”
It was decided to pay special attention to medicines and transport them through the self-defense of Sevastopol. At the same time, in Golovka and Yenakievo, the militia noted, “both the hospitals and the local militia are completely bad.” Oleg Roslyakov, in turn, reported that there is now little food in Donbass.
“If in big cities, regional centers more or less, then in the suburbs and the closer to the line of contact with the Kyiv authorities, the situation with food there is very difficult. People are starving." The situation in general is also difficult regarding baby food and baby clothes.
At the same time, Roslyakov said, an excessive amount of women's warm clothes had been collected and urged people to refrain from taking them, trying to focus on what is really needed in fact.
It was also noted that there is low social activity when collecting humanitarian aid. Mostly these are older people. According to one of the organizers of the gathering, Mikhail Nichik, “the bulk of the people are grandmothers and elderly people; sometimes they bring two jars, then something else.”
The main reserve, in his opinion, is still “mediocre entrepreneurs.” He separately asked them to treat the needs of Donbass with understanding. At the same time, he noted that he would be very happy to receive any call: + 7 978 7000 468 (Mikhail Nichik).
Fuel is also one of the current problems at the moment. A representative of the militia asked to bring “at least a canister so that there is something to fuel the transport with.”
The next shipment of cargo was scheduled for November 24-25, depending on what day the ferry will operate. As a result of the meeting, the organizer of the action to collect humanitarian aid, Oleg Roslyakov, made a final proposal.
“First, we distribute aid to addresses in Lugansk. In Lugansk they are helped to travel to Donetsk directly along the front line, meet the commanders, and get to know the heads of orphanages. At this time, we continue to collect assistance and send cargo to Donetsk on the second call.”
It was especially noted that work has been organized with the Sevastopol police.
“It must be said that the police monitor the donation points to ensure that they do not collect money, because we have had bad cases. DPR-sheep and LPR-sheep ask not to collect money, especially under their flag,” said Oleg Roslyakov.
