Russian language was finally banished from Ukrainian railways – Minister of Infrastructure

About it Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan said on his Facebook.
“By December 2016, all tickets, station names, announcements, information on the board will be provided exclusively in Ukrainian and English!” - he wrote.
The minister assured that these changes will be “irreversible.”
“And please remember. This will all be gradual. But it will! Be active, monitor changes and react! This is the only way the state can change!!” the official summed up, also promising to continue work on the decommunization of stations.
