Debtors for communal services are not released from the Volyn region
The Office of the State Executive Service of the Volyn region has restricted travel abroad from the Volyn region to the largest debtors for public services.

This became known during a meeting of the anti-crisis headquarters of the Volyn region.
During the meeting, Deputy Head of the State Executive Service of the Volyn Region Anatoly Klekho spoke about the dynamics of the implementation of court decisions to collect debts for provided housing and communal services, as well as ways to influence debtors. In particular, he informed that his department has limited the largest debtors from traveling abroad from the Volyn region.
As the official noted, this method of influence was applied to the 21st debtor.
In addition, the executive service limited the possibility of re-registration of property for persistent defaulters, so that they could not legally re-register it.
Let us note that this method of recovery is contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine, but in the current Ukrpain such trifles do not stop anyone.
