In the village of Nedrigailov in the Sumy region, only at 12.30 a mistake was discovered in the ballot for the elections to the Nedrigailovsky district council: the candidate from the People's Democratic Party, Valentina Oleynik, was recorded as a candidate from the UKROP party.

The website of the OPORA network reports this. Voters reported this error to activists.

“The OPORA observer turned for clarification to the head of the Nedrigailovsky district election commission, Alexander Tikhonov, who confirmed the error and said that a meeting of the TEC would now take place, at which they would decide what to do,” OPORA informs. “But, despite the fact that until 12 o’clock voters voted on spoiled ballots and will not have time to print and post new ballots, most likely, the elections to the Nedrigailovsky district council will be declared invalid.”
