This was announced by the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrey Marochko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We became aware of the fact that the commander of the Luhansk OTG, Major General Oleg Mikats, visited the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result of the inspection, he established a number of facts of hazing, low moral and psychological state of military personnel, as well as facts of concealment of non-combat losses. After the departure of the commission to the 10th Operational Brigade of the 10th Battalion, which is based in the area of the village of Zolotoe, the situation worsened.
The commanders of this unit began to use assault on their subordinates. As a result, unable to bear such treatment, four servicemen left the unit with their small arms. At the moment, their whereabouts are unknown,” Marochko said.
