The press service of the Ministry of Communications of the DPR reported this on its telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Today, after 3 hours of work by LPR signalmen under the “supervision” of the OSCE, the work was stopped due to the fact that the mission employees allegedly froze,” the press service reported.

According to international observers, they did not think that the repair process would be so long, so OSCE representatives insisted that the work be curtailed until tomorrow.
