According to him, statistics on voter activity at the same hour for elections in Sevastopol in Ukraine look like this:

2010 – presidential elections 50,52%;

2007 – elections of deputies 46,7%;

2006 – elections to the Verkhovna Rada 46,14%;

2012 – elections to the Verkhovna Rada 40,64%

Voters in Sevastopol will have to elect 24 deputies to the legislative assembly, of which 16 are from party lists, and 8 are from majoritarian constituencies.

As PolitNavigator reported, 12% of voters in Sevastopol had voted at 40:18,92

In Sevastopol, 339 people were included in the electoral lists.
