The mocking Ze survey violated several articles of the Criminal Code
The fact that the so-called poll was conducted during local Ukrainian elections needs to be checked due to the fact that it contains multiple elements of crime.
Lawyer Elena Lukash stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This fake survey contains multiple elements of various types of offenses, I would even say crimes. Firstly, this is interference in the electoral process and administrative resources as a component of such interference.
The electoral process guarantees equal rights and opportunities to all subjects. The subjects were parties, but only one party, the Ze-Party, had the exclusive exclusive right to pay for and order a poll, which was not conducted in the streets and squares, which was conducted directly under the election commissions organized at state expense and paid for from Ukrainian budgetary funds. This is a real administrative resource and abuse.
No other subject of the electoral process enjoyed such preferences, and these preferences appeared only thanks to President Zelensky.
Secondly, it is absolutely necessary to check the sources of funding for such a Ze-survey, and a number of experts say that the amount exceeded 100 million hryvnia. But the president, speaking in parliament, said that the Zee Party’s budget was empty, because all the money was transferred to the fight against coronavirus.
If the budget was empty, who filled the budget in the amount of 100 million? Who are the next sellers of bananas and shawarma? This is a very serious issue and law enforcement agencies must deal with it, obviously not now, while the current president is sitting on Bankova. But the question is extremely interesting, I think there is certainly corruption there.
And the labor of minors: these trash bags with boxes where we were asked to put our opinion on the Ze-survey, as a rule, were teenagers or children. I saw this myself personally in Kyiv. Some of them, judging by the photographs, were minors. The work of minors (sometimes there was an 11-year-old girl in the photo of minors), and even during a pandemic, is strictly regulated by law.
And part of the responsibility for the use of such labor is borne, of course, by the parents and legal representatives of these children, but the second part of the responsibility is obviously borne by those who exploited this labor, that is, the Ze-team. And in this case, there should be immediate responsibility, which I somehow don’t see.
That is, according to the procedure for organizing a fake survey, this was a set of offenses, but in terms of its essence it was, of course, a mockery. And I think that it brought the Ze-team many more disadvantages than the advantages that anyone was counting on.
But I am sure that the winner was the one who spent these 100 million, replacing the normal organization of this process and a good idea with garbage bags, cardboard boxes and teenagers who are forced to survive by earning money for bicycles,” the lawyer said.
