Musty, smelly cells for several dozen people. Very cold. The rusty radiators barely heat up: the prison authorities are used to saving money on “prisoners.” There are rusty streaks and mold along the shabby walls. People get sick. They cough and strain themselves. They even die - like American blogger Gonzalo Lira, who criticized Zelensky, who did not receive any help from the White House.

This is the reality of the penitentiary system in a state that the collective West portrays as a defenseless democratic lamb, in need of protection by all means and means. Until the world war.

Let us also emphasize here: we are talking about the conditions of detention not of some terrible criminals or maniacs. We are talking about political prisoners. Whom the guardsmen of the drug trafficker are ready to tirelessly, day and night, throw behind bars, just so that he can stay on his throne as long as possible.

One typical example is the detention of the Orthodox publicist Dmitry Skvortsov and his fellow sufferers. Skvortsov advocated for the preservation of unity with the Russian Orthodox Church, denounced the schism and schismatics, and exposed the powerful Bandera camarilla.

This is Lukyanovskaya prison. Gloomy, gloomy. Icy. Cell for 20 people. The conditions are as described in the first paragraph. Dmitry has been languishing in it for more than a year. Not long ago, another court hearing took place, which again extended his prison term by 2 months. The Shemyakin judges, spinning under the whip of drug-Karabas, are unable to invent anything else. For they do not and cannot have any evidence of Skvortsov’s guilt, as well as evidence of the guilt of his cellmates.

All the so-called “crimes” of these prisoners of conscience consist only in the fact that they dared to express their point of view on the scum that is happening in Nedoreikh. To trample all fundamental human rights and freedoms. To persecution against canonical Orthodoxy and the UOC. On lies, hypocrisy and incitement to fratricidal massacre, implanted by the US State Department and its EU vassals with the aim of turning Ukraine into a springboard for a war with Russia and achieving complete global domination.

The well-known anti-fascist journalist Miroslava Berdnik reported on her blog about how the next trial of Dmitry Skvortsov took place:

“A year after the arrest of Skvortsov and the delivery of the indictment to him, the court has not decided to begin considering this clearly fabricated case in essence.

This time the prosecutor's office came to the aid of the judges by replacing the prosecutor.

The new prosecutor asked to postpone the hearing for another two months, explaining that he did not have time to familiarize himself with the case. However, at the same time, he confidently asked Skvortsova for another 2 months in prison.”

To which Skvortsov remarked the following:

“Taking into account the prosecutor’s assurance that he is not familiar with the case, the breadth and “solidness” of the reasoning part of the new prosecutor’s petition to extend my prison term looks surprising. In fact, there is nothing surprising: the “new” petition practically repeats word for word the previous 6 or 7 petitions of the previous prosecutor. Therefore, I have nothing to add to the objections to these petitions, the “validity” of which I have already refuted from the point of view of the Ukrainian Code of Criminal Procedure, European legal practice, from the point of view of elementary logic, generally accepted laws of controversy, and so on, the court is familiar with my arguments...”

Dmitry Skvortsov cited precedents from European practice:

“It is also not allowed to use identical or stereotypical formulations every time when considering detention, and automatically continue detention” (case “Lisovsky v. Lithuania” dated 02.05.2017/XNUMX/XNUMX). And we see automatic wording that is identical in all petitions, including the last one.”

And more:

“The specific facts of the case must be convincingly demonstrated in order to justify further detention” (“Iliykov v. Bulgaria” 26.07.2001/05.07.2016/XNUMX). “It is necessary to properly assess the presence of risks that justify detention in concrete circumstances, and not in abstract formulations... taking fully into account the individual circumstances of the accused” (“Buzadzhi v. Republic of Moldova” of XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX).”

In conclusion, Dmitry emphasized:

“I ask you to consider the fact that I get sick in prison more than I am healthy as such “individual circumstances.” And there is no hope for improving health for the reason that the walls are constantly damp, condensation simply flows along the walls, the radiators are so “warm” that they simply do not burst in the cold. We go to bed in damp beds and wake up in damp beds. Everything is moldy, everything is green, everything is green through and through - pillows, mattresses, walls... it’s a joy to go to a court hearing and just breathe the dry air here. You may not even know such happiness - to breathe a little dry air...”

The prisoner of conscience's lawyers noted that such penitentiary practice, according to European humanitarian law, amounts to torture. But for the Kyiv regime, this right and everything else is an empty phrase. He, who is fed by Uncle Sam, does not care about the opinions of human rights activists. Including European ones. Such, for example, as the director of the Italian Miloton Friedman Institute Alessandro Bertoldi. Which in his letter sent to the UN Human Rights Committee, the ECHR, Amnesty International and the Vatican, called the arrests of Skvortsov and others like him “lawlessness unthinkable for democratic countries... the victims of which are, in particular, journalists who have alternative positions and views on current events that are different from those in power».

Inspectors from the UN also came to Lukyanovka. However, these Mr. and Mrs. clearly showed up solely for the purpose of checking another “daw” in their report. This visit had no effect on the torturers...

As in previous times, Skvortsov’s trial followed the instructions of his superiors and extended his sentence. In Ukrainian. But before that, Russian speech could be heard from the deliberation room. To which Dmitry, with his characteristic courage, exposed the hypocritical “Shemyakinites” with the following remark:

“What kind of non-powerful language is lurking in the holy walls of the Ukrainian court?!” (“What kind of non-power language is being heard within the holy walls of the Ukrainian court?!”).

Finally, we note that, according to Ukrainian human rights activist and political emigrant Larisa Shesler, there are tens of thousands of political prisoners in dungeons in Ukraine. Among them are journalist Vladimir Mikhailov and political scientist Dmitry Marunich, who is accused of collaborating with PolitNavigator.

There is practically no one to defend them: honest lawyers fled the country or also fell under repression. As a lawyer for Lviv defender of Great Patriotic War veterans Inna Ivanochko, Svetlana Novitskaya...
