A mockery of common sense: journalist Vyshinsky will serve another month
The Kherson City Court extended the period of detention of a prisoner of the Poroshenko regime, the head of RIA Novosti-Ukraine, Kirill Vyshinsky until January 27, 2018, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by his lawyer Andrei Domansky.
“The court partially granted the prosecutor’s request. Extended the period of detention (for Vyshinsky - ed.) by 30 days - until January 27,” the lawyer said.
He added that the defense will appeal the extension of the preventive measure in the form of detention for Vyshinsky.
The Kherson City Court previously extended the detention of the head of RIA Novosti-Ukraine, Kirill Vyshinsky, until December 28, 2018.
Kirill Vyshinsky was detained in Kyiv on May 15 on suspicion of treason. He was arrested. On June 1, Vyshinsky announced his renunciation of Ukrainian citizenship.
