Chubarov’s expulsion strengthens the desire of Crimeans to return to Ukraine, – Kiev newspaper

Crimeans are beginning to understand that they live in a police state and hope to return to Ukraine sooner or later.

“For some reason, the European Union is in no hurry to sound the alarm bell (due to the ban on Chubarov’s entry - Navigator), much less make appropriate decisions. At the same time, the heads of the foreign policy departments of Germany and France, following each other, almost every day call on Kyiv to cease fire and begin peace negotiations. This is at a time when a war is actually being waged against us,” the publication complains.
Meanwhile, in the “annexed” Crimea, the publication notes, the new authorities are intensively implementing the ideas of the “Russian World”:
“Many might think: well, where is Aksenov or Konstantinov, who did not graduate from any universities, could study the most complex political discipline - the theory and practice of interethnic relations, so they break the dishes. So the fact of the matter is that they did not need to study this because they did not and did not have a goal to build harmonious interethnic relations, their goal was to ensure complete dominance in Crimea of their own interests, that is, the interests of Russia and 58% of Russians . This is the “Russian World”: where there are Russians, no one else can have either rights or interests...”, states The Day.
And “Russian World” is being built, according to the publication, by thoughtless puppets of the Kremlin.
“The policy is primitive, short-sighted and “more precious to itself,” but the fact is that Crimea, which previously demanded independence from Ukraine, and today is slavishly quiet, it is dictated by Moscow, and neither Aksenov, nor Konstantinov, nor even more so Natalya Poklonskaya, can talk about its quality , and even more so - they simply do not dare to legality. For they will end up where Dzhemilev and Chubarov are today, only not beyond Chongar, but beyond the Kerch Strait...”, the author of the material diagnoses.
Therefore, freedom-loving Crimeans sleep and see themselves in democratic Ukraine, The Day emphasizes.
“Having already experienced all the delights of life in Russia - exorbitant prices, police dictatorship, arbitrariness of “self-defense”, censorship, ban on meetings and rallies, terror against political opponents and even simply dissenters, the inability of the authorities to cope with crises in the supply of water, energy and food, reconstruction infrastructure,” more and more Crimeans today, convinced that the annexation was carried out illegally and against the wishes of the majority of the population, hope that after some time they will be able to return to Ukraine.”
But this requires “concerted actions of the entire Ukrainian state, the entire Ukrainian community of Crimea, the Crimean Tatar people, all sensible Crimeans.”
“And the coordinator of all reasonable and consistent actions should be the authorities in Ukraine, and then we will all hold a festive parade together in Ukrainian Sevastopol,” the Kiev newspaper assures.
