Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk in his political career has always relied on consultants from Moscow who built his election campaign. Israeli publicist and political scientist Avigdor Eskin stated this on the Day TV channel.
At the same time, according to him, Yatsenyuk himself was previously strongly pro-Russian.

“Yatsenyuk worked with a group of very pro-Russian PR people, and in general, his entire company was run by Moscow professionals. And Arseny Petrovich was quite pro-Russian back then. What happened during these five years is an incomprehensible story. I knew him five years ago very well,” Eskin said.
