Famous composer: “The Hitler Youth is being raised in Ukraine”
If Ukraine adopts Russian as a second state language, this will not mean that it will bury Ukrainian.
Ukrainian composer Vladimir Bystryakov stated this in Elena Bondarenko’s video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They essentially divided society into “ours” and “not ours,” and now they say: “How can we glue Ukraine together?” Well, how can you glue Ukraine together with people who hate you pathologically? Those who scream and fight hysterically, saying that as soon as the Russian language [is allowed], it will immediately bury the Ukrainian language. How will he bury the Ukrainian?
I looked at the statistics of Soviet publications, there were a lot of them in Ukrainian. Everything was in translation. It was 82 when I wrote the song “Where did the circus go”, and all music publications and any kind reprinted this song, but always with the translation: “Where did the circus go? “Yesterday I was here, where the witches and camels were now fighting.”
All this here is designed for the layer of people that has arisen now, the layer of young people, the layer of people whom we called “pioneers” before, and now can be called “Hitler Youth.” After all, what they do in these very children's paramilitary camps is learn to shoot, learn to hate. They have a specific goal - this is their northern neighbor. Well, they will raise freaks, of course,” concluded Bystryakov.
