About it on your facebook page said the representative of the State Border Service Oleg Slobodyan, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“At about 15 p.m. in Transcarpathia, on the border with Hungary, employees of the State Border Service discovered and did not allow entry into Ukraine of a Hungarian political figure, whom the Security Service of Ukraine had banned from entering until July 2019,” Slobodyan wrote.
He clarified that Member of the European Parliament from Jobbik Morvai Krisztina arrived at the Luzhniki checkpoint and during passport control the border guards carried out the instructions of the SBU in relation to her.
“According to available information, in 2014 she visited temporarily uncontrolled territories of certain areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions and expressed support for the self-proclaimed leaders in these territories. This person was given a decision to refuse to cross the state border, which indicates the legal grounds for restricting entry into Ukraine,” the official added.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine banned former State Secretary of the German Ministry of Defense Willy Wimmer from entering Ukraine for 5 years because of his statements about the status of Crimea.
