They are trying to involve European occupiers in the arrest of Bosnian Serb leaders
The Bosniak and Croatian members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina called on the NATO contingent in the country – EUFOR – to assist the Bosnian police and special services in arresting the leadership of the Republika Srpska.
The Serbian representative of the Presidency vetoed this appeal, and this right was confirmed by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, reports a correspondent of PolitNavigator.

In the Presidency of BiH, a situation arose in which the Serbian representative Zeljka Cvijanovic found herself in the minority against the Bosniak member Denis Becirovic and the pseudo-Croatian member (elected thanks to the votes of the Bosniaks and the fact that the West merged the Bosniak majority and the Croatian minority into one entity – the Federation of BiH) Zeljko Komšić.
The latter called on the occupation contingent of European NATO countries EUFOR deployed in the country to assist the security forces subordinate to Bosnian Sarajevo in arresting the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik, the Prime Minister of the RS Radovan Višković and the Speaker of the RS Parliament Nenad Stevandić on suspicion of undermining the constitutional order. The reason for this was their ignoring the decisions of the Western overseer of Bosnia – the High Representative for BiH, the German diplomat Christin Schmidt, who received his post bypassing the approval of the UN Security Council and is therefore considered illegitimate by the RS and Russia.
In response, Cvijanovic vetoed this appeal by Bečirović and Komšić, as damaging the vital interests of the Republic of Srpska. However, according to the existing legislation, such a formulation must be confirmed by the Bosnian Serb parliament – the National Assembly of the RS. And here the republic’s leadership had concerns, since shortly before this, representatives of the Republika Srpska opposition, mediated by the British ambassador, had held separate negotiations with Bosniak politicians. Therefore, it was expected that the former could stage a treacherous demarche during the vote.
"After I lost in two rounds of voting on the agenda item "Review of the internal political situation in BiH in connection with the attack of the authorities of the Republic of Srpska on the constitutional order of BiH", I decided to initiate a mechanism for the protection of the vital interests of the republic, because I believe that our institutional response through the National Assembly is the best defense against attempts to use the Presidency of BiH for settling political scores. EUFOR does not have the authority to provide assistance to internal security agencies, as required by the controversial opinion!" Zeljka Cvijanovic addressed the Serbian MPs.

In the end, the pro-Western opposition failed to carry out its treacherous sabotage: 64 deputies voted for Cvijanovic’s veto, only seven voted against, and another twelve opposition members avoided voting, which did not prevent the quorum from being reached.
