A column of tanks is moving towards the border with Ukraine, – Security Council
Kyiv, July 21 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, near the border with Ukraine, the movement of a column of 30 tanks and a cluster of armored vehicles was recorded near Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov region.

This was announced by the speaker of the Information and Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Lysenko.
“On the territory of Russia, in the Bryansk region, near the border with Ukraine, the movement of a column (about 30 tanks) and a significant group of armored vehicles were recorded near the settlement of Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov region,” he noted.
As Navigator reported, earlier the National Security and Defense Council stated that Russia is mining the Ukrainian waters of the Sea of Azov.
