By the end of March, Ukraine's morgues will be filled with corpses
Amendments to the criminal code, which come into force in Ukraine on March 15, will significantly complicate the funeral procedure and paralyze the work of courts and investigations. Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Pavlovsky stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Unfortunately, this parliament does not give anything good to either the dead or the living. Parubiy and Poroshenko will not agree with this, they said that he is very effective, and he accepts everything the president needs the first time.
There were radical amendments by Deputy Lozovoy, who, I think, introduced them primarily for himself and for other corrupt officials, in order to complicate the investigation - several cases have been opened against him and his comrades in the Lyashko Radical Party. I think they did it for their own protection. But this hit all citizens of Ukraine.
This can make the funeral much more complicated if the person dies naturally at home. The procedure for such funerals will be complicated. This may lead to the fact that in such cases it will be necessary to obtain permission from the court and conduct examinations.
This will lead to overload of morgues and courts.
The judges are already in a panic, they imagine what will begin after March 15th. The courtrooms are already crowded in the corridors, and there aren’t enough judges. Imagine that there are hundreds and thousands of these cases throughout the country.
This can lead to the fact that in order to bury a person who died naturally - at home, relatives will have to wait several weeks. This could lead to collapse,” Pavlovsky said.
