The head of the board of the Ukrainian Institute of Social Research named after. Alexandra Yaremenko Olga Balakireva, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Data from the July survey indicate that the political temperature in society is rising. Only 1% speaks of a prosperous situation, 10% - of a calm one. 62% say the situation is tense, and 24% say it’s critical,” Balakireva said.
Respondents were asked to express their attitude towards participation in protests.
“38% do not support holding mass actions, 37% support but will not personally take part, and 21% will personally take part in them. Of those who can take part in acts of civil disobedience, every fifth is ready to take up arms and every second is ready to take part in protests of the Maidan type,” noted Olga Balakireva
