This was stated by the Chairman of the Lugansk Military-Civil Administration Gennady Moskal.

“I asked that on Easter and memorial days the border guards open the border where there are villages adjacent to the Russian Federation. Ukrainians live both here and there. Those who wanted to go there have already left; those who wanted to escape have fled long ago.

People will have the opportunity to move around under a simplified procedure for checking documents and without inspection, so that they can calmly remember their relatives,” his press service quotes Moskal.
