Pro-Russian and pro-Soviet forces are coming to power - Lvov editor
By electing Vladimir Zelensky as president, Ukraine took several steps back.
This was stated by the editor-in-chief of the Lvov newspaper “Ratusha” Nikolai Savelyev, who was quoted by the Kiev online newspaper “Strana”.
“Ukraine has taken several steps back – into the Soviet Union and the “Russian world.” Naked populism and stupidity of part of the electorate (who are accidentally called citizens of Ukraine) prevailed. In the near future, pro-Russian and pro-Soviet forces will come to power in Ukraine, who do not care about Ukraine, about the war, about the language, about history, about the EU, about NATO, and about you and me. Pro-Putin Russia will come with them,” the Lvov editor is horrified.
He also allowed himself anti-Semitic statements on his Facebook page.
“God forbid - nothing anti-Semitic. A purely technical question: How will the devout Jew Vladimir Zelensky take an oath to the Ukrainian people? After all, he will have to put his hand on the Peresopnitsa Gospel,” Savelyev asks.
The latest issue of the Lviv newspaper “Town Hall”.
Let us note that the Lviv region was the only one where Petro Poroshenko won, who went to the polls under openly anti-Russian and nationalist slogans.
