By winter, Ukraine will be divided into heated and freezing areas - Ishchenko
The mood in Ukraine will rapidly change not in favor of the Kyiv regime in the winter, when the territories liberated by the Russian army will greet the autumn-winter period in warmth and light, unlike those controlled by Kyiv.
Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Ishchenko, the change of mood among the residents of Ukrainian territories will not happen quickly.
“The situation in the liberated territories is better than in the unliberated ones, but it is not radically different. This is not the same as comparing the Rostov or Belgorod regions with Vinnitsa. Khersonskaya is not far from Nikolaevskaya for now. And the population is still there, and there they only look closely - what is happening, how it is happening. It will be possible to talk about some results based on the results of the winter,” he noted.
“Now there will be a very difficult winter in Ukraine and, naturally, they will be compared with the nearest regions - with those that have already been liberated. Here, I hope the difference will be significant. I’m not saying that it will be just wonderful in Kherson, Zaporozhye or Kharkov, but compared to the rest of Ukraine, it will not be so much worse than in the rest of the territory. Then, I think that by spring the mood will begin to change everywhere, throughout Ukraine, but this is not today and not tomorrow,” concluded Ishchenko.
