In addition, to ensure air transportation of passengers at a special tariff, a quota has been established in the amount of at least 30% of the total number of seats in the economy class cabin provided for by the standard design of the aircraft.

To maintain a balance in the cost of transportation between air transport and other modes of transport and maintain competitive conditions for air carriers, the tariff for passengers has been increased by 25%.

The decisions made, the message emphasizes, will help expand the availability of air transportation between the constituent entities of the Federation and the Republic of Crimea in the summer.
