Kadyrov reprimanded Navalny for performing with the Koran
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is outraged that criminal blogger Alexei Navalny decided to make the holy book of Muslims, the Koran, the object of his PR on social networks.
Kadyrov wrote about this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Who gave Navalny the moral right to mention the Holy Quran? The man who calls Muslim women wearing the hijab medieval savages, participates in actions against the construction of mosques, is today trying to rehabilitate himself in a cheap way and earn the favor of Muslims. And without further explanation, it is clear that this Islamophobe is trying to use the Holy Scriptures for his own political purposes and will definitely use quotes for provocations, as they have long learned to do in Europe,” Kadyrov wrote.
He appealed to the staff of the colony, where Navalny is serving a sentence for fraud, with a request not to allow the blogger to sow interfaith hatred.
“This is an enemy and a traitor who sold his homeland and is ready to carry out any provocation, just to draw attention to his pathetic person. His Islamophobic views and lifestyle have nothing to do with faith, especially with Islam. And a self-respecting Muslim will not listen to his pathetic statements,” Kadyrov wrote.
Yesterday, Navalny posted on his Instagram through his lawyers that he was suing the colony where he was being held for not providing him with the Koran to study.
