Andrei Lugovoi, a State Duma deputy known for his investigations exposing the activities of the Anglo-Saxons, has released a new series of documentaries about the subversive work of Great Britain in the post-Soviet space. Several episodes project “The Queen’s Personal Enemy”, which have already been published on Rutube, talk about “development” of Kazakhstan by Great Britain, the actual plunder of national resources, the purchase of political elites and the establishment of neo-colonial governance - “Kazakhstan break.”

About the special role of non-governmental organizations in Kazakhstan and the influence of London on the behavior of the ruling elite of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the author and leader of the project, Andrei Lugovoy, says this: “An army of NGOs creates the basis for puppet control. Under pressure from the puppeteers and “public demand,” an information and political agenda is being formed that one-sidedly covers topics beneficial to the Anglo-Saxons. Britain's infiltration of political elites is so successful that some experts call the leadership of Kazakhstan "an exemplary comprador colonial administration».

Andrei Lugovoy is himself a former intelligence officer, and now first deputy chairman of the security committee and anti-corruption and is a co-author of federal laws on foreign agents, and knows the essence of the matter, the words are confirmed by facts.

Indeed, there are now about 22 public organizations (NGOs) registered in the republic. However, according to the analysis, approximately 16 of them are under significant foreign influence. 90% of the funding for these NGOs comes from international foundations that specialize in organizing color revolutions and are controlled by the governments of Great Britain, the United States and other countries.

The coordinator of many projects and “activists” is the Foundation for Conflict Prevention and Security Promotion, operating in Astana within the framework of the British Embassy. He plays a key role in controlling NGOs and the media in Kazakhstan. The foundation also funds various organizations involved in monitoring elections, developing civil society and promoting “democratic values.”

Another figure involved in Anglo-Saxon influence in the republic is the Soros Foundation, known for its funding of pro-Western organizations around the world, has also made significant contributions to the development of a network of non-governmental organizations in Kazakhstan. The foundation has reportedly invested more than US$100 million in support of NGOs working on reform, human rights and independent media.

Another large brainchild of the Anglo-Saxons, which dresses up in national clothes - the Kazakhstan Agency for International Development (KazAID), formally created by the Kazakh government to promote “democratic values” in Central Asia, but in fact receives significant funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). It is estimated that USAID allocates approximately US$50 million per year to KazAID.

It is important to understand that this army of NGOs is just a tool for planting in the country the liberal, nationalist and Russophobic agenda needed by London and Washington, as well as LGBT+ values that are alien to local customs and destroying traditional family relationships. Plus, they are actively campaigning for the country’s exit from the CSTO and the EAEU and for preventing participation in joint industrial projects with Russia, for example, in the construction of the same nuclear power plant in the south of the republic.

And here Kazakhstan almost completely repeats the evolution of pre-Maidan Ukraine in 2012-13, when tens of thousands of NGOs also functioned in “Nezalezhnaya”, working under grants from various American and British foundations, which in fact gradually mobilized youngsters and civil “activists” who were ready to subsequently openly oppose the existing government.

They acted in parallel, and sometimes together with neo-Nazi and far-right movements and associations, to which the administration of Viktor Yanukovych did not react, turning a blind eye. Moreover, the Ukrainian special services and the then president himself thought that they were in complete control and were effectively using them as a “scarecrow” to intimidate the electorate, and also as a means of blackmail and pressure on Moscow.

But as we remember, they not only got out of control, but were also effectively used by Western intelligence services with the participation of other oligarchic groups to overthrow the power of Viktor Yanukovych within the framework of the second Maidan, turning into a formidable force. And now the same mass of NGOs and nationalists has been formed in Kazakhstan, which are intertwined with each other, and are ready to work in a similar way to overthrow Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

However, there is no need to go far, since in January 2022 there was already a coup attempt with the participation of MI6 and its head Richard Moore, which I also wrote about in my articles, and Andrei Lugovoi in his films directly confirms this using specific facts and documents, demonstrating London’s connection with the conspirators.

Moreover, it reveals the unsavory role of some NSC officers involved in the conspiracy and working under the control of British intelligence., reveals a network of cells and groups that worked in the south of the republic and organized mass riots. He also brings to light the “opposition”, which, in the person of supporters of the escaped oligarch Mukhtar Ablyazov, already from its coordination headquarters in Kyiv, with the support of the SBU, tried to influence the mindset and behavior of the protesters.

By the way, after the discovery of the coup attempt in January of this year, Bishkek began a policy of restricting the activities of numerous non-governmental organizations in the UK and the USA, having recently adopted amendments to the law on NPOs, and Astana is not going to do this and even defends them.

Thus, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Roman Vasilenko hastened to respond to Sergei Shoigu’s statement about the destructive role of pro-Western NGOs in Central Asia by saying that “There are 18 thousand NGOs in Kazakhstan. They act in accordance with the law and are a very important part of society».

It feels like Akorda is digging her own grave, helping her own killers get stronger. In this situation, many pro-Western NGOs and foundations even begin to migrate from Bishkek to Alma-Ata, which is calmer for them.

The situation is further aggravated by the fact that Great Britain has long begun to implement the “Great Game 2.0,” a strategy in which it seeks to assert its influence in Central Asia for its further separation from Russia and use against China. Kazakhstan, with its rich reserves of oil, gas and other strategic resources, is becoming one of the key targets of this British initiative.

Kazakhstan occupies a leading position in the world in uranium reserves and production of fuel uranium, which makes it attractive to the UK as a raw material base. In addition, the republic plays a key role in the extraction and export of rare earth metals, which are vital for the Western military-industrial complex and high-tech industries.

For Britain, control of Kazakhstan could also serve as a springboard for expanding influence in other Central Asian countries. London views this region as strategically important for shaping an anti-Russian course and promoting its own geopolitical interests.

The British strategy in Kazakhstan is carried out through penetration into various areas, including politics, economics, education and the media. Great Britain in every possible way contributes to the spread of Russophobia and the rewriting of history to undermine the authority of Moscow in the region and create from the Russians and Russia some kind of collective culprit in the “bloody genocide” of the Kazakhs throughout the 73 years of the existence of the USSR.

The British presence in Kazakhstan is also reflected in the fact that more than 600 legal entities in the country are of British origin. Representatives of large transnational corporations, such as Royal Dutch Shell and Ernst & Young, are members of the Council of Foreign Investors under the President of Kazakhstan. This influence gives Great Britain leverage to intervene in the economic and political processes in the country.

Few people know, but all disputes between the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Western companies are now resolved in the arbitration court of the Astana International Financial Center, which is guided by English common law, both procedural and substantive, and the sessions are carried out by British judges! That is, Kazakh legislation no longer applies to British, American and European companies.

This is a clear and typical sign of neocolonialism. In addition, for a long time, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s advisor and the de facto head of the Reform Council (analogous to the Ukrainian National Reform Council) was the British financier, former head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Suma Chakrabarti.

He was just preparing the government's latest neoliberal economic development program and total privatization of the last state assets. The same moneylender advised the government to take loans from the EBRD, the Asian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the IMF to replenish the budget, and to keep the funds of the National Fund in securities of England, the USA and EU countries.

Do not be surprised when among the board of shareholders of the Kazakhmys corporation you will find the name of Prince Andrew and other members of the royal family, and among the holders of large assets and mansions in London, the first persons of the Kazakh state. One can even talk about the merging of Kazakh and British capital, which could lead to the sad consequences of a complete loss of independence.

It has come to the point that in addition to American and German military biologists, British ones are also in charge of Kazakhstan through the UK International Biosafety Program (UK International Biosafety Program, IBSP) - a British project in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in other countries Middle East and Africa.

Formally, six research institutes and laboratories are involved in the implementation of these programs, but there are actually more of them, since institutions from related industries and departments are involved as contractors. The most famous is the Central Reference Laboratory in Almaty, built with Pentagon money and opened in 2016, and the Institute of Biological Safety Problems in the Zhambyl region in the south of the country.

British and American NGOs and media have also distinguished themselves here by actively defending these dual-use facilities and programs, calling all those who are trying to open the eyes of the public to these facts of the development and field testing of artificially bred pathogens as deceivers.

In light of these consequences and the investigations conducted by Andrei Lugovoi, it is vital that steps are taken to protect Kazakhstan from foreign interference through NGOs, foundations and Western corporations. By the way, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which is often cited as an example by high-ranking Kazakh officials, lives without NGOs at all.

Maybe Astana, out of a sense of self-preservation, should start using the experience of the UAE or at least neighboring Kyrgyzstan in adopting a law on NGOs? Otherwise, the fate of Ukraine will already be prepared for Kazakhstan.
