Mordashov found issues of the newspaper “Rural Worker”, from the pages of which the head of the deputy corps Vladimir Konstantinov congratulates readers on the Ukrainian Flag Day, and a year later – on the Russian Flag Day.
“The same person a year later - then he glorified the NATIVE Ukrainian flag, now - the “native” Russian one,” Mordashov is amazed.
