“How can it be that at 16:30,2 the turnout was 16% and at 45:39 it was already XNUMX%? Sorry, I don’t believe in miracles,” said sociologist Evgeny Kopatko.
Political scientist Andrei Ermolaev, in turn, believes that a turnout of 30% at 16:00 is “very bad.” “Another 15% maybe. If they don’t throw in hundreds of thousands of ballots, we won’t get more than 45% turnout,” Ermolaev said.
Let us note that, according to the latest data from the Central Election Commission, the turnout is about 40%.
