Vasily Gritsak showed a video in which Ruban allegedly hands over his car to DPR representatives and they load it with weapons, after which Ruban drives it to Kyiv-controlled territory.
“This is only a small part of what we can make public today. So that everyone understands that there is no preparation here, there is no reason (to say) that someone planted a weapon here. You saw it yourself. We have a lot of information that we will definitely bring to you. What is striking, what is the cynicism of this situation, is that we will provide evidence that mass terrorist attacks were planned. The central part of Kyiv was to be shot with mortars. There had to be as many corpses as possible, as much blood as possible. As their curators from the DPR and Moscow said, there should be a lot of blood, there should be chaos as a result of which people should go out into the streets and the troops should return from the ATO zone and go to Kyiv.
