How the US Embassy is inciting massacres in Donbass

So, yesterday, representatives of the American Embassy’s security attache’s office were present in the territory of Donbass temporarily controlled by Ukraine.
We saw that at 16:40 the village of Vasilyevka came under another attack from an infantry fighting vehicle. The power line was damaged and several settlements were left without power. After this, the water pumping station was damaged.
We again record that Ukraine, in its blasphemous actions, does not even think about the citizens who live on the territory under its control, because settlements both on our side and on the other side were left without water,” Pushilin said.
He emphasized that since the beginning of this year alone, more than 2500 Ukrainian shells have arrived in the DPR, which is twice as many as in the fourth quarter of last year.
“It can be stated that the amount of equipment and personnel that is concentrated along the contact line suggests that Ukraine is now ready to resume full-scale hostilities. It’s hard to say whether there will be enough determination and awareness that this will be disastrous for Ukraine itself, and yet give the order.
We see that Western countries are pushing Ukraine - in some places with their silence, and in others with phone calls expressing support. And we understand perfectly well that anything can happen.
But the DPR Armed Forces are ready for any development of events. But at the same time, Donbass does not want war, it will not start a war. Donbass will do everything possible to ensure that the conflict is resolved diplomatically. Whether this will work out or not depends not only on us,” the head of state concluded.
