How Romania will get a piece of Moldova
The Moldovan systemic opposition will not be able to prevent the oligarch Vlad Plahotniuc, who is called the “master of Moldova,” from transferring part of the country’s territory to Romania. Chairman of the Public Council “For a Free Motherland” Igor Tulyantsev stated this during a press conference in Moscow.
“If Moldova splits, it will be for internal reasons. Plakhotnyukh is selling his political influence. If he is given some serious proposal, he will agree to this scenario. Today there are no forces other than the Moldovan people that can prevent him from doing this. The entire systemic opposition cannot resist because it depends on the oligarchic regime,” Tulyantsev said.
He believes that Moldova is under external control, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Many opposition parties cooperate with the ruling regime. It’s difficult to talk about opposition from the left to the current oligarchic anti-people and anti-Russian regime,” Tulyantsev said.
