How Svoboda members explained at the trial against the Communist Party why they were not yet at the front (VIDEO)
Kyiv, August 14 (navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Gallows or sending to war in Donbass. This alternative for communists was proposed by activists of the VO “Svoboda” outside the building of the District Administrative Court of Kiev, where a meeting was held to ban the Communist Party at the request of the Ministry of Justice.

In total, several dozen nationalist representatives gathered here. “Stop helping the separatists, katsaps and scoundrels who kill Ukrainians,” they said. It is noteworthy that a significant part of those gathered were of military age. The Navigator correspondent tried to find out whether they had already received summonses to the Ukrainian army, which is currently fighting heavy battles in the Donbass, since there were calls from the picketers to send “commies to the ATO.”
“We are not subject to mobilization,” answered the young guys holding a poster with the inscription “Communyaku na gillyaku”, after a clarifying question, adding that they were minors.
True, an older activist standing nearby denied that they were underage, saying that they were still studying.
At the same time, the head of the Kyiv organization VO "Svoboda", commandant of the Kyiv City State Administration during the Maidan, Ruslan Andriyko, claims that a third of his party members are fighting in the ATO zone, but admitted that in Kyiv the Svoboda members are holding an equally important front.
“More than a hundred Kyiv Svoboda members are now in the ATO,” Andriyko noted in a conversation with a Navigator correspondent. – But we must win not only in an open war, but also in a political war against all these regionalists and communists who are trying to repaint themselves and return to power. As a Svoboda member, I am not ashamed that almost a third of our party is in the ATO, and the other part is actively helping. But we shouldn’t put our best guys in the war so that the scum of the regionals and communists will lead here.”
The court hearing itself on the claim of the Ministry of Justice was once again postponed due to new materials announced by both the plaintiff and the defendant, which the court will need time to familiarize itself with. The court has not yet decided on the date of the next hearing.
