This was announced by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in a speech on the Day of the Ukrainian Navy in Odessa.
“The name of one of the fallen heroes, commander of the special operations center Yuriy Olefirenko, will appear today on board the combat landing ship,” Poroshenko said.
After this, he declared a minute of silence for the victims.
