On Ukrainian TV, the rhetoric of ardent advocates for “European integration”, who until recently ardently supported the Maidan and the fight for an agreement with the EU, began to change.
Thus, Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev, on the talk show “Black Mirror” on the Inter TV channel, unexpectedly called for forgetting about European integration due to the changed situation in the world.

“Perhaps there will be no Euro-Atlanticism, perhaps the end of it? Now, Euro-Atlantic integration is a discourse of the early 90s, it must be forgotten. We confuse ourselves, with this erroneous conceptual lens we drive ourselves into a dead end. Forget about this European integration, you need to learn to live, guys,” Karasev said.
