On both Maidans, he stirred up the crowd and called for war against the authorities, and enemies of the people, and so on. It was they (the singers, the ringleaders) who served as symbols of the war for liberation. And now, when those who are on their side are being killed, he suddenly began to regret those killed, and it turns out that this is not the same war.
The war that is necessary and correct, in which they are super-Euro-Ukrainians, should have cleansed Donbass and wiped it off the face of the earth. But somehow it didn’t work out, and the war is now completely different - it turns out “not your war,” sings an inhuman blood-sucking creature who will sing about anything for money. The stubborn one will listen and cry. “How, they say, we were mistaken, how did we fall into such a situation, did we get involved in the wrong war?”, following the ancient principle “but for us,” the “patriots” will howl and lament.
And not a single creature, not a single galloping creature, will say: forgive us for the Maidan, and the fact that we led this country to the abyss,” states Petrov.
