The head of the analytical center “Expert Council” Iskander Khisamov said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Of course, resident Poroshenko’s speech at the UN General Assembly was very weak,” the expert noted. - A lot of nonsense was said about improvements, painting and all that. But the only good thing is that no one heard this seriously. No one, except the Ukrainian press, followed all these movements.”
