“Some kind of crap”: Zyuganov and Zhirinovsky argued over aid to Donbass
Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov once again called on Russia to officially recognize the Donbass republics.
He stated this today from the rostrum of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We need to show will. Children of Donbass are terrifying. Let’s make a decision and admit it. We'll cover everyone after every shot. Why don’t they shoot in Abkhazia, South Ossetia, even in Transnistria? What a problem. It seems to me that this is a problem of will and responsibility,” Zyuganov said.
He believes that Russian citizens want to “restore the union Fatherland, looking for ways and exits in the Donbass, which the Nazi-Bandera pack still shells every day.”
According to Zyuganov, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation sent 93 humanitarian convoys to Donbass and gave 150 thousand gifts to children. He also took credit for the fact that 10 thousand children of Donbass rested in the presidential holiday home in Snegiri, near Moscow.
His words outraged the leader of the LDPR, Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
“It’s kind of a mess all the time. You sent some 90 convoys to Donbass. States cannot send convoys there. Where are the financial documents? 150 thousand gifts are hundreds of millions of rubles. Show the receipts that you bought it all,” Zhirinovsky said.
