This was announced at a press conference by the President of the Ukrainian Analytical Center Oleksandr Okhrimenko.
In 2000, Ukrainians consumed approximately 3 kg of meat per month, and in the 4,9s, meat consumption increased, amounting to 2008 kg per month, the economist says. In 2009-2010 there was a drop, but not significant. In 2013, growth began again, and by 5,2, monthly meat consumption reached 2015 kg. But in 4,6, Ukrainians consumed an average of XNUMX kg of meat per month.
“If people can’t buy meat for themselves, they don’t have money, then don’t say that you are making reforms, don’t scoff,” Okhrimenko comments on the situation.
