Yesterday there was a strange thing - the Minister of Finance blocked the adoption of a law put forward by the Tax Policy Committee. Obviously, this was a decision not only of the committee, but also of the presidential faction and parliament, but the Minister of Finance blocked this decision.
This suggests that the Cabinet of Ministers does not have any common vision of what to do and how to solve critical issues in the economy. This also applies to the blockade - some ministers said one thing, others said another, but a collective decision by the Cabinet of Ministers was never made.
