In particular, Mikhail Pogrebinsky, director of the Kyiv Center for Political Research and Conflictology, expressed his doubts about this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t believe these public opinion polls, which claim more than 60 percent turnout,” the political scientist emphasized. – I think it’s good if it’s 40 percent. But for me it’s a kind of intrigue. If in Western Ukraine or in some regions the turnout is 70 percent, then I will be sure that this is a lie.”
