About it reported the press service of the State Space Agency of Ukraine (SSAU), denying reports from a number of Ukrainian media about allegedly signed contracts for the supply of Ukrainian products to the United States.
“The head of the space agency has returned from a business trip. So far it is known for sure that no contracts were signed during this meeting. Other details are not yet known. Only a memorandum of understanding was signed,” the agency commented on information in the Ukrainian media about the signing of contracts for the supply of Ukrainian-made engines and launch vehicles to Boeing.
At the same time, the agency noted that negotiations on cooperation with American companies have been ongoing for several years.
For example, on September 1, the Ukrainian delegation of the SSAU visited the USA. During the visit, the Ukrainian side held negotiations with representatives of leading US space industry companies, in particular Orbital ATK and Boeing. TSN on the Kolomoisky channel reported that Boeing will allegedly purchase engines and launch vehicles from the Ukrainian enterprises Yuzhnoye Design Bureau and Yuzhmash.
