Ukrainian TV channels have found a trouble-free way to broadcast Russian television programs. This was fully demonstrated by the resource of the Lviv mayor, the Kanal24 company. Vladimir Putin’s traditional conversation with the people became accessible to the Ukrainian viewer thanks to the explanation that this is an “evil dwarf”, that he is “lying about Ukraine”, and that the content of the program is “three hours of insanity”.
In this simple way, Channel 24 clearly demonstrated what the Ukrainian viewer really wants to watch.
