“Capitulation is the choice of the authorities, not yours,” - under such a slogan, hinting at the betrayal of Petro Poroshenko and his surrender of positions within the framework of the Minsk agreements, ultra-right groups intend to hold a UPA march in Kyiv on October 14.
The nationalist Azov regiment released a video announcement of the procession.
