According to him, the Ukrainian command, referring to the order of the Office of the President of Ukraine Zelensky on the need for voluntary and free assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the quarantine period, gave orders to subordinate units to organize interaction with the heads of district administrations.

In turn, the criminal Kashchenko ordered the unit commanders to forcibly confiscate the required amount of products from agricultural producers, citing the alleged legality of their actions.
