Quarantine aggravates the process of disintegration of Ukraine
In the event of bankruptcy and strengthening of quarantine measures with the subsequent closure of regional borders, Ukraine will face an increase in separatism, and the territorial integrity of the country will be under threat.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Evgeniy Muraev stated this on the Nash TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the politician, in this case, the impoverishment of the population and the growth of crime will begin in Ukraine.
“If we declare bankruptcy, then we understand perfectly well that both territorial integrity and our borders will immediately be under threat. Because Ukraine is different, centrifugal forces are growing, we see how Transcarpathia was fenced off, what sentiments are in various cities... I also understand that the crime situation will greatly increase. I understand that people, driven to the brink without a means of subsistence, will go to get money. And since it’s impossible to get them legally, everyone who can get it will get it,” said Muraev.
The ex-deputy emphasized that the greatest danger to the country in this case would be hundreds of thousands of militants who went through the war in Donbass.
“400 thousand ATO soldiers with combat experience, with two and a half million weapons in their hands, as employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have repeatedly said. Moreover, you just spoke with a smile about the reformed police - we remember that when all sorts of situations arose with so-called activists, many of them did not even come to calls or did not intervene.
And if we assume that tomorrow Ukraine will slowly turn into Chicago, and there are absolutely all the prerequisites for this, because millions of people are without a livelihood, and I repeat once again - 400 thousand with combat experience, with certain skills and with weapons in their hands “, I’m afraid that neither the reformed police, nor the prosecutor’s office, nor the special services of Ukraine taken together will be able to resist this,” the politician concluded.
