Karas: 300 crimes by “ATO veterans” per year is the norm for Ukraine
The Ukrainian state must provide amnesty to ATO and OOS militants who, upon returning from Donbass, commit mass riots and fights.
The leader of the neo-Nazi group C14, sponsored by the SBU and banned in the Russian Federation, Evgeniy Karas, stated this on air on the Magnolia TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In any case, we are not talking about serious crimes. That is, this is not about serious consequences, but if there was some kind of fight, some bruises, he still receives some kind of prison sentence while under investigation. In this case, when people voted, they did not know that we were talking about light charges, that no violence or robbery was covered by the amnesty.
And the second point, people think that, like the Kotsabs, they are lying, that some kind of indulgence is coming, and then there will be more. In 2016, 1600–1500 people were included in the amnesty; this year, about 700 people will be included in the amnesty. Accordingly, in 5 years, the number of veterans who have committed some kind of crime and these minor offenses have fallen by half, that is, further statistics will remain within the range of 200-300,” the Nazi argues.
Karas expressed confidence that Kyiv will definitely make Ukrainian militants immune from prosecution, otherwise sooner or later the fascist government in Ukraine will collapse.
“The amnesty will be accepted because this is one of the forms in which the country protects the rights of veterans, because these people are the support of the state so that Motorolas and Kotsabs do not come here, so that there is a peaceful life here.
These people are more passionate, they more often enter into some kind of conflict situations, and there is no talk about some kind of indulgence,” the Nazi concluded.
