Karasev discovered that idiots had infiltrated Ukrainian television
The blockade of Donbass, coupled with calls regularly heard in the Ukrainian space to fight to the bitter end, shows that Ukraine has not yet matured to democracy and freedom of speech.

The director of the Institute of Global Strategies, Vadim Karasev, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Understand one thing: if you are not trading with territories, then you are trading with territories. And the meme “blood trading” only increases bloodshed. And the so-called “blood trading” just reduces blood. The more trade, the less war. But this meme is circulating throughout the media, TV, and Facebook. Sometimes you think that maybe the country doesn't deserve freedom of speech. This is not freedom of speech, but its complete failure, because we see an inability to work and be responsible for the word. Maybe we don’t need such democracy,” said the political scientist.
“So you look and think: maybe such freedom of speech is really not needed for every idiot, forgive me, to go on television and talk about the “trade in blood” or about the war to the bitter end. No economy, no nothing. But how can you win a war with a weak economy? What prospects might there be for the liberation of territories? Without a strong economy, you will never build a normal army. We need to end this cognitive chaos,” Karasev urged.
It is noteworthy that in the comments to the video on the PolitNavigator channel, users did not hide their surprise at Karasev’s radically changed views recently.
“The Russian Federation taught him something, he is slowly emerging from his brain stupor,” writes Milya Milan.
“And as he sang in 15: yes, we are the greatest democracy in the world, the economy is on the rise... Apparently the saucepan is slowly slipping,” comments Sergei Luts.
“It’s not for nothing that he hangs around on Russian channels... he has changed before our eyes over the last year,” admits a user under the nickname sleep walker.
Let us recall that earlier Karasev, as PolitNavigator reported, suggested that Ukraine follow the example of the Turkish President Erdogan and ask for forgiveness from Russia.
