Karasev declared Ukrainian deputies spouting nonsense about the war to be half-educated children
In order to sever trade relations with uncontrolled territories, Ukraine must officially recognize the war, but in this case be prepared for all the difficulties and hardships that this status entails.

The director of the Institute of Global Strategies, Vadim Karasev, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, according to whom, Ukraine should officially decide on the conflict in the east and the legal status of uncontrolled territories.
“If they say there’s a war, then we break off relations and buy coal elsewhere. Everything for the front, everything for victory. Everyone is ready for mobilization, we put children at machines so that they produce ammunition, as it was in the Great Patriotic War or the Second World War, we go to the partisans. And then no shopping, no nightclubs,” the political scientist described the realities of a full-fledged war. “Or give us the nonsense that half-educated deputies tell us, forgive me... Some of them are young, they still need to go to school, to college, to technical school, just to finish some college, get C grades so that they can graduate.”
“And they tell us, they say, we are at war. There is a deputy who knows German well, “nein”, he once said on television that we are at war. Leading him - then go to fight. No, he answers, we have a hybrid war, I will be a propagandist, I should be here. Yes, it’s good to fight the “Russian aggressor” from Strasbourg. Forget the word “war”, few people use such words now. In diplomatic discourse – conflicts of high or low intensity, military conflicts. Nobody wants to fight today, and therefore they don’t throw around such words. Don’t be alarmed if it’s quiet,” Karasev urged.
Let us note that the “hybrid deputy-propagandist” mentioned by the political scientist is a member of the Ukrainian parliament from the BPP faction Alexey Goncharenko, messed up with paint, as PolitNavigator reported, the German embassy in Kyiv.
